The mind is quite powerful and on a daily basis we process an overwhelming amount of information. Some believe that two heads are better than one but what if a decision has to be made and these two heads don't agree? They need a third person to break the standstill and make a decision. The power of three can make things happen. 

Three pieces of information are just about all the brain can handle at a time which is why we have chosen three main aspects to focus our mission on. Develop leadership skills, build dynamic relationships, and foster lifelong learning. It's catchy isn't it? Because it follows the power of three. These aspects hold the key to our success - continuous growth. All of the qualities in our mission will contribute to your growth. After all, we want to develop the leaders of the future. If we hold fast to these three goals, we will experience both personal and professional growth. 

As we continue to develop so too does the technology of the world and this is another "mind" we must take advantage of. Learning new technology and embracing the knowledge it can contribute is a huge part of advancing as a true leader. Texting has quickly become the new phone call and social media has certainly taken over in a way that texting may soon be a thing of the past. There is so much value in learning and applying new technology to the decisions and processes that take place in our everyday lives. We will launch a new technology with every project to help us grow as leaders of the future. 

Our main focus is growth, of the mind and the spirit, and we will work hard to utilize our resources. We will lead one another down a journey of learning. We will challenge one another and we will never stop learning. To commit to these three would be quite powerful and we each have the ability to harness and foster this power. So let's do this!
